OPINION
ESPINOSA, Judge.
¶ 1 Kondaur Capital Corporation (Kond-aur) seeks review of a declaratory judgment addressing the manner in which Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu and Pinal County Sheriff’s Department (collectively, PCSO) enforce writs of restitution issued in connection with statutory eviction actions. See A.R.S. §§ 12-1178 (addressing forcible detainer actions), and 33-1377 (addressing special de- tainer actions). Because we determine the issues raised by this appeal are moot, we decline review.
