The parties will be designated as in the trial court. The plaintiff, Independent Farmers’ Gin Company, a corporation, sued defendants A. E. Hander and Farmers’ State Bank of Perry to recover the sum of $2,360. Other sums were claimed against the defendant Hander alone, bu£ they were not recovered and are not involved in this appeal. Defendant Hander was alleged to have been, at the time the alleged cause of action accrued, the secretary and treasurer of plaintiff corporation and the president and sole manager of the defendant bank.
