OPINION
MATHIAS, Judge.
Jim ("Husband") and Sharon ("Wife") Robinson's marriage was dissolved by the Boone Superior Court in 1994. In 2005, Husband filed a Verified Petition to Amend Qualified Domestic Relations Order ("QDRO") alleging that Wife was receiving a higher share of Husband's monthly pension benefit than she was entitled to receive under the parties' settlement agreement. The trial court granted Husband's petition. Wife appeals arguing that the trial court exceeded its jurisdiction and improperly modified the parties' settlement agreement when it amended the QDRO.
