This case involves a personal injury action brought by the Plaintiff, Kathy Kalan-tari, against the Defendant Spirit Mountain Gaming, Inc., dba Spirit Mountain Casino, that arises out of a collision between Plaintiff and a casino employee on February 13, 2002.
