Reversing.

Aimie Martin recovered a judgment against tlie Knott county board of education for $1,200.00, to secure which' the trial court adjudged that she had, by virtue of a mechanic’s lien filed by_ her, a lien upon a certain public schoolhouse and lot at Vest, in Knott county, Kentucky, which property was ordered sold to satisfy the ]ien of Annie Martin, and from which judgment the Knott county board of education has appealed.
