COOK, District Judge.
The Court has before it for consideration a Motion to Dismiss filed herein by the defendant, Panama-Williams, Inc., (hereinafter Panama-Williams). Defendant asserts as grounds for said motion that: 1.) The Court lacks jurisdiction over the defendant, and 2.) The defendant has not been properly served with process in the action. Defendant does not specify in its Motion or in its brief in support thereof in what particulars the service of process is deficient.
