This is an appeal from a decree of the circuit court for the foreclosure of a chattel mortgage and a sale of the mort*867gaged property. Upon an examination of the evidence in the record, and the questions of law presented thereby, we are convinced that the statement of facts made by the court below is correct, that its decree is right, and that the reasons for the decision it rendered are as dearly and forcibly expressed in its opinion as we could slate them.
