SUPREME COURT OF ARKANSAS Opinion Delivered: June 12, 2025 IN RE RULE ON JUDICIAL DISCIPLINARY ENFORCEMENT: INTERIM SUSPENSION PER CURIAM In response to a request of the Judicial Discipline and Disability Commission to adopt a rule on the interim suspension of judges, the court hereby adopts a modified version of the American Bar Association Model Rule on interim suspension.
