I. Introduction.
This matter is before the Court on a motion for summary judgment filed by Defendant Marsh & McLennan Company (“Marsh”).1 Marsh argues that it is entitled to summary judgment on purely procedural grounds because Plaintiffs Metal Forming Technologies, Inc. (Metal Forming”) and Dynamerica Manufacturing Company (“Dynameriea”) (collectively “Plaintiffs”) are not the real parties in interest.
