The appellant herein, Vera M. Brown, appeals to this court from a judgment entered by the District Court for Dixon County in an action brought by her against the State of Nebraska under the State Tort Claims Act, sections 81-8,209 to 81-8,235 R. R. S. 1943. Appellant brought this action both on her own behalf and as administratrix of the estate of Steven L.
