BOX, Judge:

An appeal from the judgment of the trial court in favor of the appellees, Irvin R. Kimball and Esther J. Kimball, in a quiet title action. As the parties did in their briefs, we will refer to the appellants as “the Fadems” and to the appellees as the “the Kimballs.”

The land involved in this appeal is part of a tract owned by the Fadems, located in Dewey County just northeast of Taloga. The Fadems are the record owners of Lots 1, 2,3, and 4, and the NW ¼ of the SE ¼, of Section 8, T. 18 N., R. 16 W.I.M. The Kimballs own the adjoining land to the north, including the S ½ of Section…
