Petitioner National Labor Relations Board (NLRB or Board) sought enforce ment of its order directing respondent Child World, Inc. (Children’s Palace or Respondent) to bargain with the United Food and Commercial Workers Union Local 1099 (Union), the certified bargaining representative for employees of Respondent’s Miamisburg, Ohio (South Dayton) retail store.
