Affirming.

Bellevue is a city of the fourth class situated on the Ohio river in. Campbell county. The city of Newport lies immediately to the west and south and the city of Dayton immediately to the east.

A line of railroad owned or operated by the Chesapeake & Ohio Railway Company runs through the city, and, beginning at the city limits of Newport, the general course of the railroad through Bellevue is a little west of north.
