The plaintiff, Jaime Carreiro (plaintiff), appeals from the Superior Court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of the defendant, David Tobin (defendant). 1 Specifically, the plaintiff asserts that the trial justice erred in finding that the dog bite at issue occurred within the enclosure of the owner or keeper of the dog.
