Appellants, Ed. S. Phelps and Edgar H. Phelps, for themselves, and Mollie Sanders Woods and Connie L. Guess as joint administrators of the estate of Frank C. H. Keelan, deceased, challenge a judgment of the court below wherein the appellee, Thurber Brick Company, was 'allowed a personal judgment against Frank C. H.
