Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., (Wal-Mart) appeals a judgment in favor of Service Vending Co. (SVC) in an action SVC brought for tortious interference with a business expectancy. SVC was awarded actual and punitive damages. Wal-Mart contends the trial court erred in denying its motions for directed verdict and judgment n.o.v. and in refusing to enforce a forum selection clause in a certain contract it had with SVC.
