I. Introduction

Plaintiffs IMS Health Inc., Verispan, LLC, and Source Healthcare Analytics, Inc. claim Section 17 of Vermont’s Prescription Confidentiality Law, codified at Vt. Stat. Ann. tit 18, § 4631, is unconstitutional. On April 24, 2009, this Court entered Judgment (Paper 431) denying Plaintiffs’ motions for declaratory and injunctive relief (Papers 6, 61) as well as for summary judgment (Paper 168).
