Harry Mitchell, Donna Sprague, and Gloria Stevenson (collectively “the trainers”) appeal from a judgment entered in the Superi- or Court (Kennebec County, Alexander, J.) affirming the decisions of the Maine Harness Racing Commission finding that each of the trainers had violated the Commission’s regulations and imposing a $1,000 fine, one year suspension, and one year ban from licensed race facilities against each trainer.
