Alex Rogers appeals his conviction for one count of first degree robbery and one count of first degree burglary. He alleges that the trial court erred in failing to suppress the victim's showup identification, and in a pro se supplemental brief, alleges that the jury was prejudiced. Consolidated with this case is Rogers' personal restraint petition (PRP) in which he maintains that he was denied effective assistance of counsel because his attorney failed to challenge the validity' of his arrest for lack of probable cause.
