Arzomanian [Arzoomanian] became a participant in the City of Hartford Deferred Compensation Plan ("Plan"). The purpose of the Plan is to extend valued employees of the employer certain benefits which normally accrue from participation in a deferred contract. As such, it was administered through the employer, the City of Hartford, and by Mr. Gennaro Stabile, who was administrator of the fund for the City of Hartford.
