Petree, Judge.
This matter is before this court upon the appeal of appellant, Susan Suso (“Suso”), from a judgment of the Franklin County Common Pleas Court. The trial court had affirmed an order of the State Personnel Board of Review (“SPBR”), dismissing the appeal of Suso’s termination as Development Specialist Administrator with the Ohio Department of Development (“DOD”). That order, in summary, determined that Suso was a member of the unclassified civil service and was justly terminated at will by the DOD.
