The matters before the court are:
*6611) the motion of plaintiff, Rolex Employees Retirement Trust (Rolex), Philip Schmidt, Trustee, for an order certifying this action as a class action (#21); and
2) the motion of plaintiff, Scott J. More-land, for an order certifying this action as a class action (#22).
