A Johnson County 1 jury found Ryan Andrew Peucker guilty of possession of more than four grams but less than 200 grams of a controlled substance; the jury also found the allegations of Peucker’s two prior convictions to be “true” 2 and assessed his punishment at seventy-five years’ confinement.
