Melphia Woods appeals the district court’s order granting summary judgment to the United States in this forfeiture action brought pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 1955(d). Woods contends that summary judgment should not have been granted because (a) she did not receive proper notice of the forfeiture action and (b) there are disputed material facts concerning the posting of “No Trespassing” signs on the property.
