CLARK, Associate Justice.

Rabe was convicted before the court without a jury for failing to report for induction into the armed serv ices and was sentenced to three years’ imprisonment. On this appeal, he contends that his local board had no basis in fact for rejecting his claim to conscientious objector status and that his classification as I-A, his order to report for induction, and thus conviction are invalid.
