— This was a suit brought by the appellant against the appellees, including the sheriff of Miami county,, to quiet her title to certain land, and to enjoin the sale of the same by the sheriff upon executions in favor of the other defendants.

The defendants filed a joint answer and separate answers, and, except the sheriff, separate cross complaints, each in two paragraphs.
