This case is before the court on petition for review of a decision of the court of appeals, Matter of Guardianship of F.E.H., 149 Wis. 2d 237, 440 N.W.2d 799 (Ct. App. 1989). The court of appeals affirmed the decision and orders of the circuit court for Ozaukee County, Walter J. Swietlik, Circuit Judge, denying a petition of the co-guardians of the estate of F.E.H. to transfer his jointly held homestead to the sole ownership of his spouse and co-guardian, V.D.H.
