The plaintiff in this workers’ compensation matter, William Biasetti, appeals from the decision of the workers’ compensation review board (board) affirming the decision of the workers’ compensation commissioner (commissioner) dismissing his claim for benefits under the Workers’ Compensation Act (act), General Statutes § 31-275 et seq.
