In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Pines, J.), dated March 28, 2007, which granted the defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
Ordered that the order is modified, on the law, by deleting the *536provision thereof granting that branch of the defendants’ motion which was for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against the defendant Ronkonkoma Commons, LLC, and substituting therefor a provision denying that branch of the motion; as so modified, the order is…
