*601In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendant Eileen Icolari appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Maltese, J.), dated May 8, 2012, which denied her motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint and all cross claims insofar as asserted against her.

Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law, with one bill of costs, and the motion of the defendant Eileen Icolari for summary judgment dismissing the complaint and all cross claims insofar as asserted against her is granted.
