This is an equitable mechanics’ lien action brought under the statute (Sec. 3180, R. S. 1929, Ann. Stat., p. 5008) for the adjudication in one suit of the rights of all claimants against the premises at Gravois and Ellenwood Avenues in the City of St. - Louis known as the Granada Theatre and Apartment Building. Suit was filed by George J. Fuhler, a subcontractor, for material furnished and for work and labor done on the building. Defendant, Gohman & Levine Construction Company, was also a subcontractor.
