Dale Martin filed for bankruptcy under Chapter 7 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. In response, First National Bank of LaGrange attempted to have several loans it had advanced to Martin declared nondis-chargeable under 11 U.S.C. §§ 523(a)(2)(A) and (B) as having been obtained through fraud. The bankruptcy court ruled that the loans were dischargeable, finding no fraud. The district court affirmed.
