Defendant appeals a judgment convicting him of one count of identity theft, ORS 165.800, one count of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, ORS 475.894, one count of giving false information to a peace officer for a citation, ORS 162.385, and one count of tampering with physical evidence, ORS 162.295. He assigns error to the trial court’s denial of his motion to suppress evidence that a police officer discovered after defendant consented to a search for weapons.
