Before this Court is the petition of Antone Paiva, Robert Paiva Sr., Steven Paiva, and David Paiva (collectively "the Petitioners" or "the Brothers"), seeking to nullify a quitclaim deed and two wills executed by their mother, Catherine Paiva ("Mrs. Paiva") in favor of the Respondent, Brian Paiva ("Brian").1 Petitioners contend that the instruments are invalid as they were created under Brian's undue influence.
