In this dispute between parties of different foreign nationalities concerning a collision on the high seas, the sole relevant contact with the United States forum was the presence of the defendant ship in the port of Houston some two and one-half years after the collision. Nevertheless, the question before us is not whether the court had jurisdiction to decide the case, for it is well settled that the courts of this country have that power.
