SMITH, Judge.
The City of Pittsburgh (City) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, dated May 15, 1996, that granted a motion for just compensation on behalf of Panther Hollow Corporation (Panther Hollow) and directed the City, in accordance with the City’s appraisal report in a related federal case, to pay Panther Hollow the sum of $2,000,000 as estimated just compensation.
