In March, 1941, the respondent Ernest Hob-son, through his statutory guardian, N. D. Hobson, instituted the present proceeding' by filing in the Circuit Court of Dent County, Missouri, a petition in ejectment, seeking to obtain possession of a portion of two city lots in Salem, Missouri. . The defendants named in the original petition were W. P. Elmer and Jack Wesley, who are now appellants in this court.
