THE COURT.

Plaintiff, as trustee of the estate of William C. Reagan, Inc., a corporation, bankrupt, commenced this action to recover damages in the sum of $13,239.52 for the conversion of certain automobiles alleged to have been the property of the bankrupt. The complaint contained three causes of action, the first being the ordinary form of action for conversion, the second an action for damages by reason of the alleged preferential transfer of the automobiles to defendant by the bankrupt contrary to the Bankruptcy Act of the United States and the third alleging the transfer to be void…
