The bill in this case is exhibited for the purpose of ob-*22talning an injunction to stay the trial of an action of ejectment pending on the common-law side of this court.' The trial of the action at law was fixed, by consent of parties, for the 24th day of the current month. On the day previous, an order was obtained from the judge to be served on the plaintiffs, to show cause why an injunction should not issue to stay the proceeding at law until complainant could obtain a hearing on the merits of his bill.
