MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
MILLER, District Judge.
This cause comes before the court on the motion of South Bend Community School Corporation (“SBCSC”) for an order requiring non-parties the Social Security Administration and its District Manager Thomas H. Potratz (collectively, “Social Security”) to show cause why they should not be held in contempt of court for failing to comply with the court’s July 31 order to produce certain documents.
