This is a suit in equity instituted by the' petitioners praying for an injunction to restrain the respondents from violating the terms of the leases under which petitioners claim to be occupying certain fish and vegetable stalls in what is known' as the Oahu market situated at the corner of King and Kekaulike streets in the city of Honolulu.
