MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

VAN BEBBER, District Judge.

This matter is before the court on defendant Lawrence Paper Company, Inc.’s (“Lawrence Paper”) motion for summary judgment (Doc. 28). For the reasons set forth below, Lawrence Paper’s motion is granted.

This diversity jurisdiction case arises out of injuries plaintiff sustained on defendant’s premises while performing mechanical work on a machine manufactured by plaintiffs employer.
