KORMAN, Chief Judge.

August Kennaugh seeks habeas corpus relief from his conviction for one count of second-degree murder and two counts of first-degree robbery. After a jury trial, petitioner was sentenced to concurrent indeterminate terms of imprisonment of twenty-five years to life for the murder conviction, and eight and one-third to twenty-five years on each of the robbery convictions.
