This action was brought by plaintiffs against the defendants Glasser and Weinstein to recover the sum of $3,569.13, for work, labor and services. Said defendants by their amended answer, among other defenses set up, as a second, separate and distinct defense, that plaintiffs were employed to manufacture ladies’ dresses for Glasser & Weinstein from materials furnished by the latter; that payment in full was made for such services up to December 1, 1921; and that between December 1, 1921, and January 23, 1922, Glasser & Weinstein delivered to plaintiffs raw materials of the agreed…
