This suit was instituted in the district court of Dallas county by H. A. R. Horton, N. E. Gill, C. W. McKinney, S. R. Shepherd, and S. A. Maben, claiming on their part to compose the session of the First Cumberland Presbyterian Church of Dallas, Tex., and by W. H. Gaston, S. R. Shepherd, and V. H.
