BEFORE THE COURT is the Motion for Summary Judgment [36] filed by defendant Singing River Health System. Plaintiff Teresa Goff has responded, and Singing River has replied. Goff claims that Singing River retaliated or discrimi*707nated against her by terminating her employment after she used leave that was protected under the Family Medical Leave Act, 29 U.S.C. § 2601 et seq.
