Affirming.

The case determines who shall lose the value of stolen bonds.

In the latter part of November, 1933, five unregistered bonds, payable to bearer, issued by the appellant, Kentucky Rock Asphalt Company (to be referred to as the Company), were stolen from the administrator of the estate of J. N. Mazza, deceased, at Huntsville, Ala. The 'Company was promptly advised of the theft and its aid solicited to locate the bonds.
