— Defendant was indicted in a two-count bill of indictment, being charged, in the first count, with operating a motor vehicle at a time when his operating privileges had been suspended and before they had been reinstated in violation of the Act of August 27, 1963, P. L. 1353, sec. 1, 75 PS §624(6); and, in the second count, with operating a motor vehicle at a time when his operating privileges had been suspended under and pursuant to the terms of the Financial Responsibility Act of April 29, 1959, P.
