*428 Plaintiff, Deborah Reynolds, appeals by right the trial court's order granting summary disposition under MCR 2.116(C)(4) (lack of subject matter jurisdiction) in favor *717 of defendants, Robert Hasbany, MD PLLC, and Robert Hasbany, MD. Because the circuit court has exclusive jurisdiction over claims brought pursuant to the Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act (ELCRA), MCL 37.2101 et seq ., we reverse.
