Defendants Jorge Gomez, Sandy Gomez, and Carolina Ramon-Baez are charged with conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute crack cocaine and heroin in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(A), and 846.
